SRNSF - Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation

Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation (SRNSF) is the main funding national agency in support of science and technological development of Georgia. SRNSF promotes: implementation of fundamental, applied and innovative research in a competitive environment, development of knowledge-based society, reinforcement of links between science and education, integration of Georgia into international research area and popularization of science.


GITA – Georgia’s Innovation and Technology Agency

Georgia's Innovation and Technology Agency is the native resolution of the Government, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development under state control and its sub-entity of public law. It is assigned to coordinate and mediate an important role in the country in terms of innovation and technology development.


GRDF – Georgian Research and Development Foundation

The Georgian Research and Development Foundation (GRDF) is a non-profit (non-commercial), non-governmental organization and performs its activity on the basis of the Georgian Constitution, the Georgian Civil Code, other legal acts, the GRDF Charter, and international legislation. Foundation promotes the development of the scientific and technological potential of Georgia through developing international cooperation, competitive grants, technical resources and training, and contributes to building knowledge-based economy. GRDF was established in 2001 with initiative and support of the U.S. Civilian Research and Development Foundation (CRDF Global).
